Anna Schimmer

Anna Schimmer joined PwC Legal Austria in 2022 as an attorney in the Real Estate & Construction practice group. Previously, she worked for several renowned commercial law firms. Her advisory focus is on real estate law, landlord and tenant law, residential property law and land registry law. She has extensive experience with real estate projects, property development projects and real estate transactions. Further, she advises and represents clients in property-related litigation. Moreover, her focus is on sustainability in the real estate sector, in particular green leases. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Anna Schimmer is regularly active as a specialist lecturer and author.
