Manuela Maurer-Kollenz joined PwC Legal Austria in 2022 as an attorney and director in the Real Estate practice. She has over 35 years of professional experience, initially in administration in a supreme federal authority, then in the legal department of an international group and finally 30 years in two renowned commercial law firms in Vienna, specializing in real estate law and property-related administrative law for the last 15 years. She primarily advises medium-sized and large real estate companies, but also small businesses and private individuals on all aspects of real estate law, from complex transactions, project developments, the drafting of contracts of all kinds to disputes before courts. She has extensive experience in processing property development projects and in condominium and landlord-tenant law. She advises clients on sustainable real estate projects such as the development of Green Leases and alternative housing concepts such as assisted or communal living. She is a lecturer at Danube University Krems, at Linde and at WIFI Vienna and also regularly active as a specialist author.
