Mario Steinkellner

Mario Steinkellner is a Partner at PwC Legal Austria (oehner & partner rechtsanwaelte gmbh), a member firm in the global PwC Legal network. Mario Steinkellner graduated from the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. 2001 and Dr.iur. 2003) and is a graduate of the Higher Technical School for Mechanical Engineering in Linz. In 2002 he was awarded the title of engineer. Mario Steinkellner has been advising national and international companies on commercial law matters for over 20 years. His consulting activities focus on corporate law, M&A, IP and IT law. He has also acquired in-depth knowledge of contract law in complex digitalization and plant projects (engineering-procurement-construction).
