Simone Maier-Hülle

Simone has been a Partner at PwC Legal Austria in the Real Estate & Construction practice group since 2022. She has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate law, in the course of which she founded her own law firm and was a partner at a leading law firm in Vienna. She primarily advises medium-sized and large real estate companies, but also small companies as well as private individuals in complex transactions, development projects and litigation matters. Simone is the co-editor of the real estate magazine immo aktuell and she frequently writes articles for the magazine immolex.
