Andrej Miladinov

Andrej Miladinov has been working as an associate at PwC Legal Austria in the Corporate / M&A team since December 2024. His focus lies on corporate reorganizations as well as advising on corporate governance matters. He supports national and international clients in restructurings, complex reorganization processes and general corporate law matters.

He has extensive experience in the tax-related aspects of M&A transactions and the assessment of tax structuring opportunities, as well as in tax compliance. He completed his academic education at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) with a master's degree in Business Law (LL.M.).
