Fabian Löffler is attorney-at-law at PwC Legal Austria. Prior to joining PwC Legal Austria, he worked as an associate in a renowned Viennese law firm and afterwards as a senior legal counsel in the in-house legal department of one of the largest Austrian holding companies based in Vienna. His legal practice includes especially corporate and business law as well as M&A transactions. Further, he advises clients on foreign direct investments. Fabian Löffler is the (co-)author of numerous professional legal publications.
