Matthias Hofer

Matthias Hofer is attorney-at-law in cooperation with PwC Legal*. He has several years of relevant professional experience in all aspects of real estate law. He focuses in particular on the support and handling of property development projects and project developments of all kinds, real estate transactions, due diligence audits, real estate law, residential property law as well as land registry and land transfer law. Matthias Hofer is an expert in real estate valuation certified by Austrian Standards and holds a certificate of competence for the regulated trade of real estate trustee, restricted to property developers. Before cooperating with PwC Legal, he worked for two renowned international commercial law firms in Vienna.
