Florian Dollenz is attorney-at-law at PwC Legal Austria. He started his career as a teaching and research assistant at the Institute for Corporate and International Business Law at the University of Graz. Afterwards, he worked for a Viennese commercial law firm. His legal practice includes corporate and foundation law, business succession, reorganizations and restructurings, M&A as well as capital markets law. Florian Dollenz is the author of numerous professional publications and publishes regularly on current topics. In addition, he is a regular lecturer in these areas.
